Rude lady

Nice cars but the afrikaans speaking lady working there has no manners and talk to people as if they are below her standards and doing you a favour to attend to you. She is unhelpfull, very rude and has no client service experience, I would rather pay R20 000 for a vehicle than to return there. She is a disgrace for that company. If she was working for me she would have been fired long time ago because there is no place for people like that. Your boss must be very ashamed of you.
