Excellent Service

I have been searching for a car since May 2020, sending through my application and getting the run around until the 22nd of July 2020 when a car advertised by Cars to Go caught my eye, I called in to make an appointment and was assisted by a guy named Kyle, my challenge was that I can only view after work and he didn't mind waiting for me even though he knew exactly that I wasn't buying the car I was viewing my options. When I got there, as late as it was, he took me through 6 cars and actually allowed me to spend time in them. Few days later, after my decision was made, I sent Kyle my documents for the application, being it my first time, he was patient with me, answered my endless questions and literally informed me every step of the way on what's happening . He communicated with me, even though there was no feedback he'd just let me know. Then after getting my approval, I couldn't get to the dealership he made sure my contract and the car was delivered to me, he took care of everything and the good thing about it is that I was informed about everything all the way, I had to only decide and agree. I didn't think buying a car would be sooo easy, Now I have my Hyundai Accent and I love everything about it, thank you so much Cars to Go and Kyle you deserve 10 stars. Keep it up!
