bad services from car dealer

I bought a car 2017/11/28 at CARS TO GO/ GET A CAR gezina Pretoria. the frans (sales person) promised me to buy me a spare key when I take the car for first service as it was 12****m on the clock. I took the car on for a service the following month and I informed him so that he can make arrangement for both service and a spare key. I checked the availability of the key and it was on stock. when I contacted him about the spare key he informed me that he is talking to the manager about it. I kept requesting him about the spare key he keep telling about the manager not being in the office. I end contacting my lawyers for advice. my lawyers contacted him and promised them that he will sort the issue with me privately ever seen I haven't received a single phone call from him. even wen you call CARS TO GO/ GET A CAR office the person who answer the phone when you request to speak to the manager I was told the manager was not available and I was transferred to frans (sales person) who I wanted to complain about. frans (sales person) told me that he will call me back he's still eating he will call me 2018/04/18. to me it seems as this sales persons protect each other when they fail to deliver what the promised. frans (the sales person) no longer take my landline/ cellphone and watsapp text. the service for this car dealer is poor shem. kamara will get each one of the one day
