After 2 Months still havent received back deposit

I paid on-line a deposit of R4000 before i could place a bit on the auction. I didn't get the car on the auction so i asked back my deposit. Their phone line doesn't work so after a few emails some one with the name Trevor responded and said it will take approx four weeks for deposit to show in my account. i waited the time and the no payment was received. i Then send ed another email asking whats going on. Trevor responded and and said it was paid into my account. i asked for proof and eventually after another three emails he send me proof which was the wrong account no. Fault from them. i send ed them maybe five or six emails after that and no one responds. Worst service i ever got in my life.
