Cars for all! Is **** for all!!!

I would just like to express my experience with this car dealership. My husband bought a Tiguan at this place 7 months ago. When he bought it, the car came with problems noticeable immediately. The car has an electronic hand-break, which Was not fully functional and he made then aware of this. He took the car to drive it back to work then has he drove back to work, the car just looses power has you drive, feels like turbo loses power when driving slow or in a low gear. He immediately took it back. There were small miner problems as well so he made a list and advised the dealer of this. The car then took about almost 2 - weeks to come back, Then it came back and all the same problEms were still there. We had it for about a week then it went back again. Then they had it for a month or a little more than a month. Then it came back, still, car does same thing. It even just stopped once and then all the fuel ran out, and some pump that takes the fuel to engine came lose. The car then went back and we are now almost 7 months later the car is now apparently “fixed” all problems sorted, however he wanted my husband to pay for the cost !!! How disgusting is that? They keep the car until the period is finished for them to be liable for cost. Pure ****************!!! I was so upset But never did I ever contact them and give them a piece of my mind. We contacted a lawyer and everyone knew we had a strong case because firstly, we were paying for something for 7 months but only had the car for about 3 weeks in total out of this whole period then this man has the nerve to say we must cover the cost!!! Unbelievable i tell you! I wonder how many other he had done this to where he sells a car that cost thousands to repair and sells it knowing it’s faulty and to cheap to fix coz he is probably a money hungry *****! If we had to proceed legally then we wouldn’t have the car for another 6 months or longer (ridiculous I tell you!) my husband didn’t want ti wait this long knowing he would have to still pay for this car through all this and was just fed up of this people’s bull ****!

How ironic is it that their slogan is “offering the best deals on used cars” !? This is complete bull ****!!! My advise to you people out there is rather STAY AWAY from this dealership and go anywhere but here!
