VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was approved with the amount of R148,107.50 from MFC , the car I chose is R199,000.00, cars direct wanted me to pay them the deposit of R60 000. 00 which I told them I don’t have I will manage to pay them R10 000 and requested for the remaining R50 000.00 be paid with instalments … Sanet Maritz from the finance department refused and she said they will find me cheaper car worth R10 000 deposit . I told her I don’t want any cheaper car I want the one I found my self since they failed to find me one

I told her that I want to cancel this contract and she said I will forfeit the R10 000 deposit , I really don’t understand why do they have to take my money without helping me . I decided to speak to the dealer where the car is being sold and they agreed on making the payment arrangement to help me get the car , cars direct also don’t want to pay my capital approval amount to the dealer the amount of R148,107.50 including my R10 000 deposit paid to them already.

Now no one is talking to me , forever in the meetings ignoring my calls , whats up messages

I WANT MY DEPOSIT AND THE CAPITTAL AMOUNT THAT WAS APPOVED TO ME TO BE PAID TO THE DEALER!!!!!
