POOR SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

<p>I have recently bought a BMW 320I from these guys, cadr was priced R130 000. I already had proof of finance in place, i therefore asked my financing company for an extra R13,200 for a sunroof fitment on this car, which they granted me. I got the car, Cars direct was paid their money and promised to give me cash back of R13,200 so i can go have my sunroof fitted. 10 days later i'm still being given excuses after the other, somebody in hospital, somebody can't access the system etc. etc.etc bull**** stories.</p> <p>Now my calls are being ignored by all the managers as i keep on calling as asking for my money!!!!</p> <p>This is such bull**** and should not be tolarated at all cost!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
