Poor Customer Service. Avoid doing business with them

I bought a car from you guys in Aug 2019. I was promised that you would send it for a Glaze and have my rear window tint replaced, I should just get quotes. I sent you the quotes soon thereafter but nothing came of it. You also sent me the car's NATIS papers 2 days before the roadworthy expired. I then had to put the car through the roadworthy test again because I did not make it to the post office in time. I was promised to be reimbursed (within 48 hours) for registration of the car, but I haven't received any response from you after sending all the proof of payments. When i was interested in buying a Car from Cars Direct you couldn't stop phoning me and now that you have to reimburse me and fix the issues that I have with the car you do not get back to me. This is really bad customer service.
