CARSDIRECT is full of empty promises

I have bought a car through CARSDIRECT at Athlone Drive Three Rivers on the 31st July 2018. Sandy Mortlock helped us with the process. The agreement we had on the 27 July 2018 was that they will reverse the payment of my trade-in and that they will install SATNAV (navigator) before I collect my vehicle. When I arrived on the 31 July 2018 it was not installed. So I was promised that they will pick up the car during the week for installation then pay back the instalment of my trade-in. I signed the contract then gave them a week nothing happened then the second week I started calling and sending messages, but I was given excuses and more promises that they will sort things out. Now my messages and calls are being ignored up to date 27 August a month later nothing has happened. Do not sign with CARSDIRECT until every agreement you had has been finalised. #struggle #PLEASE HELP Mr Mokwena
