I purchased a vehicle from Cars.com2 at the Gezina branch and shortly after, I started experiencing ongoing mechanical issues, including unusual noises from the front wheels that were never properly resolved despite multiple repairs. The dealership has failed to address these problems or provide clear communication.

Additionally, during a trade-in assessment, I was shocked to learn the vehicle was valued significantly lower than its market value due to being involved in an accident, a fact that was never disclosed at the time of purchase. The dealership did not inform me of any damage or accident history.

Despite multiple follow-ups and promises of investigation, I received no resolution or response.
