My deposit was never paid back

In nobember 2015 i traded in my nissan hardbody bakkie at [URL Removed] 2 dealer where i bought it in 2014.the reason being to buy a toyota hilux raider.the dealer therfore settled my nissan hardbody and MFC financed me with the amout of R175000 for a new bakkie.and the dealer told me in order to get the new bakkie i must pay the deposit of R150000 and i tried to get the money then i failed until absa gave me the loan of R64000 that i paid as a deposit for a new bakkie.i was left with R90000 that i failed to get and we have to cancell the deal.then we did agree to cancel the deal.mr Boshof then told me that he wont give back deposit money as i helped him to settle for the nissan hardbody of which we never agreed before.he denied me my deposit and i want it to pay back absa loan that i took for a deposit for new bakkie.mr Boshoff s tell no ***.adress 722 voortreker road.gezina.pretoria
