traded in nissan hardbody to buy toyota hilux

in novemberr 2015 i went to [URL Removed] ii to trade in my nissan hardbody that i bought at the same place in 2014.the dealer told me that they ll settle the nissan hardbody byR140 000 and the other car that i owe for R18000 of which they did.therefore w went into a new deal of buying the toyota hilux raider that costR249 000.and the bank approved R175000 and the bank gave us the contract that we sighned.the deler then told me that i must pay the deposit of R150 000 for the toyota hilux of which i managed to get a loan from absa of R64 000 that i paid as a deposit for toyota hilux.i tried to get the balance of R90 000 and i failed.i went bck to the dealer and ask them if they can give me the bakkie then i ll pay their balance in terms and they refused until the only option was to cancel the deal.and when i requested back my deposit of R62 000 they refuse to give me back and they say i help them to settle the nissan hardbody of which we never agreed before.so i need back my money so i can pay it back to absa loan where i took it as the deal never went well.
