Carry 1st as "Africa's Leading Mobile Games Publisher" is the host for Evermerge Game. Multiple players on the Africa continent did log tickets on the exact same issue in the game, but they are non-responsive to tickets logged to their Support Team, do not communicate with their customer base at all, close tickets without it being resolved or any communication. Hence my question, are the "company" actually still operational or not.
