Disappointed

This company doesn't even deserve one star! I am so unhappy and frustrated with their service. I've been waiting for my boots for months, and I don't receive any updates and they won't give me a refund. They literally have ****** money from me, and I've been to the bank to try and get it back, but there are hassles. Can anyone help me out 😭
