The Carrington Guess House canceled our booking!

Very disappointed with Carrington Guest House. In the past, we stayed there for a full month without a single complaint, which made this experience even more surprising.

A few months ago, we booked a one-night stay, only to be informed today that our booking has been cancelled due to a “sudden double booking.” Apparently, priority was given to guests staying four nights — what a coincidence.

It’s incredibly inconvenient to be the ones forced to cancel, especially after planning ahead and trusting the booking would be honoured. Unfortunately, no alternative solution or assistance was offered.

Really disheartening service compared to what we previously experienced.
