On May I booked for accommodation in this guest house 03 of June I make the payment of R400 coso the suit it's R800 per night and I wanted to sleep there for first of September second so it was for 2 nights which make it R1600 the agreement on the quotation was if I cancelle the trip they will take 20% which I don't have problem with because ithe was understandable. I was taking to this guy every time wen I call it's seem that he knows nothing .first of Agustín I called them to cancel the tripe because I'm writing my mini exam on 03sep and ashe'd them to refund me till now they did not pay me back my money .
