CarRentals.com is a ****!

This company is a total ****. I booked a rental car via booking.com and paid R3292 instantly. When I got to Europcar the next day to fetch the car my credit card was declined. I had to use another car rental company. My money was not refunded. Then I contacted their angecy only to find it was Car Rentals not Booking.com. Then finally i managed to get Car Rentals contact details, i told them i needed my refund and they refused to pay me back they said I should wait for 14 days then i can open a case.. i did exactly as told. Today one of their stuff calls and tell me that I have forfeited my money cos I called late. I want my money please .
