I expected better customer service and discretion from the management. Returned so.e rotting baby marrow that was one day old. Clearly in their packaging . I drove across town to get them exchanged and forgot the receipt. Given the time and effort for R20 punnet of narrow I expected it exchanged without much fun fare. Alas I am expected to drive across town to collect a receipt in order for my punnet of baby marrow to be replaced. If the expectation is for people to lose their minds in order to get quality service then that is unfortunate. They have lost a customer who has been loyal to then for the better part of 7 yeàrs
