Don't use Carport City

Last year Carport City installed a double carport for us. After the installation I said to George that the pitch of the carport is insufficient for the water to run off. He brushed off my input, urging me to trust his experience. Some months later, into the rainy season the wall that the carport is connect to developed severe damp, which is unsightly and has damaged an electrical fixture. I decided to check the carport installation from the roof. This is when it became clear that the pitch is indeed insufficient and the water pools against the wall. Furthermore the join between the carport and the wall was not sealed with waterproofing, which may have mitigated this. I have communicated to problem to George and he came to inspect. He promised to come and correct the installation and repair the damage, but after 5 weeks since first bringing this to his attention he has still not returned to fixed the problem. He keeps failing to come when he says he will. He promised to come this week again, but when I called to find out where he is I discovered he's in out of the country. Carport City has made a bad installation that damaged my property and they seem to refuse to come and fix it.
