Refund

Ordered a roof box from Carplusme,substandard service.The first box was too big with scratches,returned the box.The 2nd one they offered for the same price scratches and not good for my liking and we agreed on a refund.Since the 14th of November to date I have not received any refund.Minnette who happens to be a Manager of the sales person Jade is very unfriendly and cheeky.R10k is a lot of money to be running in circles like this.The excuse I am given whenever i make a follow up about my money is that it has been loaded in their system for refund but hasn't been released.The director of the company at some point was away for a week who I believe is also part of money releasing structure.She/He came back but money in my account as agreed,zilch. I want my Money from Carplusme.The refund should have been effected in full after a despute on sales.They now want both the roof and the money. Unhappy Client. Luthando
