dirty lounge cleaning

<p>Carpetros was called and informed us that our lounge suite will be steam cleaned. They arrived on the 04/07/2016 with a huge machine and three bottles of scotch guard. To say the least by the time they left the chairs were drenched with water which by the way took 2 days to dry( not 3 hours as informed by the guy who "cleaned" the chairs) He even tried to get away with only spraying 1 can of scotch guard lying that he used all three and only after my mom in law asked him which of the refuse bins he threw the cans in did he fetch the other 2 out of his vehicle. Pathetic service. None of the marks removed from the couch and dirtier than before.</p>
