DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use this company whatever you do. I hired them to clean my fitted carpets as well as my Oriental rugs (which they said would be 100% safe with their cleaning products). They did not factor in the incompetence of their workers who cleaned my couches ON the one Oriental rug with their leaking machine and saturated the rug to such an extent that the dyes ran. The owner of this company, a Mr David Fisher, has refused to take accountability or compensate us for ruining our R35 000 rug. All I can say is stay away.
