Curtains shrunken and ripped!

So on the 12th of Jan 2016 we hired a cleaning company near our office/home called Carpet Goddess. We decided to support them as a smaller local business. Big mistake. First problem. Carpets: We specifically requested these to be dry-chemically cleaned, yet these guys rocked up with a normal dry/wet vac that we used to own ourselves! Not a proper industrial type cleaner. So the \2hour\" job took less than 45minutes and the carpets were still FILTHY. After sending them photos they came back to re-do these. Now onto the curtains!! So they fetched these and took them for a \"Dry chemical clean\".... they came back shrunken by a MINIMUM of a foot!! That does NOT happen on a dry clean. (Oh and the \"2 days\" for cleaning took over 7days!). There is also a massive rip/pull in the one carpet! <br> <br> After contacting them to try let them sort this themselves, they then admitted they outsource curtain cleaning, yet the man from this outsourced company was rude upon being called and said \"They don't damage curtains or cover against it if they do\". Neither them nor the original company is willing to come see the curtains and sort this out after we kindly offered, we ARE taking legal action for this now"
