Terrible curtain cleaning service

BE WARNED AND BEWARE!!! These people, apart from cleaning carpets, also clean curtains and blinds on the rod. Bad, bad service. 1. After two attempts blinds and curtains were still dirty and one curtain was torn. 2. The use a floor mop during the process and had put the wet mop on the bedroom carpet. I asked them to put the wet mop in a plastic bowl. They ignored my request and afterwards put the wet mop on the parquet flooring. They seem to have no regard for clients' property. 2. They took 7 of the curtains with to wash by hand. Upon returning the curtains, they did not put the curtains back and I had to hang them myself. The curtains were very wrinkled - not only wrinkles where the curtains were folded, but fine wrinkles throughout the curtains. It took me 7 hours to iron the curtains. 3. After their failed second attempt, I cleaned the blinds myself (it took 4 hours by hand). 4. I also had to wash 2 curtains myself. 5. I was told that very expensive cleaning products had to be purchased. I did not purchase any expensive products to clean the blinds and curtains - for the blinds I used Pine Gel and for the curtains Sunlight washing powder. 6. They refuse to refund a portion of the cost. 7. After the incident, they are unreachable. They ignore calls and do not reply on whatsapps or messages. The woman even removed her photo from her whatsapp profile. Is she afraid to be identified? Seems she has something to hide. 8. When paying cash, they do not issue a receipt.
