Poor Quality workmanship, Dishonest owner

I acquired the Services of Joseph, apparently the owner. He initially displayed excellent service levels. He said he could refurbish my TV stand, only to find out he had absolutely no clue what needed to be done. He damaged the stand and then claimed he would fix it but failed to deliver on his promise. Thereafter he stopped taking our calls. Please be weary! he is trying to establish a business with very little to no resources and seems to commit to more than he is capable off.
