If zero stars were possible I would give it. This is a charlatan carpenter who trades in the Blaauwberg/ Tableview area. Please do not engage business with this man or his associates Niezaam Builders and Benjamin Builders. Ismail claims to understand and work with all areas of the building trade but has no clue of even his primary trade nor any other trade in the building industry. He employs strangers from the street corners to enter your home and perform a skilled labourers work. The workmanship is incomplete and well below par for any form of carpentry or building. He will request money for portions of work done and once the job has begun, he keeps requesting even without completion of the work. . He takes on a piece of work and then focusses on other clients before completion of your work. it has taken more than 4 weeks for the imbecil to get the tiling of a 5m x 3m area 3 quarters of the way complete - UNACCEPTABLE. He arrives on site between 3pm and 5pm and works for an hour and leaves and gives one excuse after another. He still has yet to finish his work and has left the premises requesting more money holding the job ransom. He thus has not completed his work due to the fact that we refused his request as he has never completed the job he has quoted for and been paid for. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. These kinds of "Mickey Mouse" entities should not be engaged for your safety and for the value of your properties. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES. Beware of this ********* and his associates Benjamin Builders and Niezaam Builders.
