Bad treatment from Carol du Plessis

I've booked with Carol du Plessis for a weekend in Durban at Windermere holiday flats on the 23rd September 2022 to 26th September 2022,my problem with Carol du plessis was we both agreed on PA(PA is one of the apartment in Windermere holiday flats)but when i arrived at the reception i was handed the key to apartment 82 instead of PA,when i asked Carol du plessis she told me apartment 82 was better than PA,when i asked her why didn't she tell me in advance that PA wasn't available for those days then she told me it was because i changed the booking dates,later on the 23rd September during my stay at flat 82 at Windermere i asked Carol du plessis for blankets because it was cold at night her response was her staff will only be available on Sunday so we had to sleep without the blankets that night
