Terrible service and served burnt meat

On the 9th of August my family and my sisters family went to carnivore for their meat buffet. To our surprise the was no welcome drink, the restaurant only served us 4 meats. The meat came after some time and I went to the manager who was on duty Mr Zondi/Zondo. He assured us that they will be having chicken served and that the meat will come more often.

The situation did not change. We had three desserts to choose from being a chocolate ice cream, cheese cake and malva . The dessert was very small and tasted terrible.

The service there was not pleasant at all. This was not our first time there and it felt like two different places.
