Shockingly horrible service.

Horrible service from the staff, was there with my friends on Saturday 7May for dinner. We literally had to beg to be served, I recall having to complain to the manager several times before being served. Even had to beg for our bill which was incorrect. We had paid for the food when making the booking but our bill came with the food about still outstanding. After telling them the food was settled prior and paying for our drinks we got several calls requiring a proof of payment that had been sent and confirm by their reservations manager Johanna. It seemed the Caucasian were receiving much better service than we were. We have dined multiple times before at this restaurant, the place we went to definitely isn't what it used to be before. Extremely disappointed.
