Poor Service

<p>I took some guests from Europe to experience SA at the carnivore and the service that we received was pathetic to say the least. At times we had to go and call the waiters for service and when they came to our table they had the opposite of what we requested. The meat was either badly scorched or very under cooked. At times un-edible. Malva desert was seved ice cold and on asking the waiter about it we were told that is how it is served? After asking for the bill we gave up waiting for them to bring the card machine and went to pay at the counter. No appologies were given and we were also not offered coffee at the end of our meal. The worst experience to have with international guests.</p>
