New Years Eve Package not worth the price

We received no service whatsoever! No waiter came to assist us with drinks. We were so thirsty for a bit of cooldrink and no one wanted to take our order. The food was not served to us as the package promises to offer. We had to try and get their attention as the were having a party of their own. The band was terrible!! The music was horrible and the service was non excisting! We complained to the manager multiple times but he did not give a damn!! What a bad experience. Misty Hills reputation is ruined because of your poor selfish narsasistic attitude towards guests!!
