Carnifore Restaurant in Muldersdrift is a no go and only out to serve black customers.

On Sunday the 15th of April 2018 I booked a table for 4 people as this was a special day for my wife's birthday. The table was booked for the afternoon and the female that took my booking details never said that we have to be there before a certain time and we had to drive far we stopped at the gate and the security first had to ask me a lot of questions and as I said we are on our way to Carnivore he said the lunch is over we are too late. I rep**** that I booked a table and he opened the gate. As we arrive in the car parking area the guard said to us you are just after lunch but tel them you were lost. Being at the Carnivore many times as once every 3 months we never had an issue like this.

We went in and at the entrance to the restaurant the waiter ask how she could assist. I said to her I booked a table for 4 persons and she said, "oh...yes I see you name here but you are too late and have to wait till dinner is served". I said to her, "But my name is in your book so we are here now and nobody told me to be at the restaurant at a specific time or nothing. Nobody even phone to ask if we are on our way or say we have to be later as we are too late?" As I started to try to get behind what she was telling me that my family and I are not welcome and we must go to sit at another place outside the restaurant and wait for dinner I had to hold myself back not to go off one waiter that makes her own decision and she wants to order us around but the great news was that a black couple was served just as we enter the building. The manager was called and I was told to go outside so I have already turned around and on my way out when my wife and our children was standing to complain about a waiter that make rules and decisions to fit herself. I do not say anything further but in my eyes and with my experience that day I will never support them again. The manager, management and all around that entrance could here and know that something was wrong but not one person even called us or phone us to try and rectify the decision of the waiter.
