My purchase of my new vehicle with Lindie Van Rooyen at Toyota Carnival was such a pleasant experience

My purchase of my new vehicle with Lindie Van Rooyen at Toyota Carnival was such a pleasant experience. She was professional and efficient and put in so much effort to make it special and you did not feel that you were just another client buying a vehicle. I highly recommend her services. 👌

Buy a VW from a VW Dealership

Last year I bought a VW Polo Vivo from Carnival Toyota. Service was fantastic, the Salesman was friendly and genuine. However, my polo was fitted with a small battery and there was an issue with the break disc's and subsequenly breakpads. After sending it for inspection I was happy that they agreed to pay for the replacement of the break disc's and breakpads but I had to get the correct battery on my won account, they gave ma a run around on this which I did not have time for so I just took the L. Today my Polo is going in for annual service, turns out the last service was August 2024 when the Dealership told me it was serviced March 2025...disappointed! Crossing fingers now that there won't be surprises from this service. Lesson learnt - if you buying a VW just buy it from a VW Dealership.
