Rude service from Manger and staff Road lodge carnival City

Staff at this hotel is totally rude i wonder where they received their traning from on the 12th of August i stayed here my room had no hot water and when i complained the guy at reception was totally unhelpful and rude i ended up taking a shower at 1am in another room and the next morning i had to go through the same and was late for work i came back here after that to stay again and spoke the the Manger Charmaine and she is just as rude as her staff member taking his side totally disgusting and disappointed i have stayed here over a 100 times and their service now days is totally not to standard don't recommend this place especially if you traveling for business ull end up with endless problems if i could rate this place 0 stars i would, i seriously think they need new management here or the current 1s need to go for some serious traning when it comes to customers service 😡😡😡😡
