Road Lodge Carnival City is a mess!

We checked in at 16h00, there were no towels in the room. The toilet door was broken, it could not move, the receptionist advised that we use the public toilet in the lobby/ foyer! She said there is no maintanance man over the weekend. At 2am Sunday morning, drunk people were in and out of the hotel, making noise in the passage, there was no security guard!
