Kelvin Clements is one GM who writes back to customers!

After the not-so-good experience at this hotel, I must say that Kelvin Clements is just one of those managers that are scarce to find these days. I am so impressed with the way he handled my complaint and I will be returning again and again to Carnival City Road Lodge. To anyone who will be attending an event at Carnival City, please really consider staying at the Road Lodge. Thank you!
