TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>My friends and I had a night out at Bru's in Carnival City yesterday. We were serviced by a lady named Nokuphumla. She seemed friendly at first, but as soon as she served us with our food and drinks, she forgot all about us. We kept looking around for her and couldn't see her anywhere. Our table was full of dirty plates and two of my friends needed drinks. I eventually put up my hand and a guy in a striped shirt came to our table. We asked him for two Strawberry Daiquiries. We waited for Lord knows how long! We ended up going to the loo, and only then, had our table been cleaned and cleared, and the drinks served. Two of my friends asked for water and I then also ordered the same ****tail. Needless to say, it took forever to arrive, but sadly, it tasted like Drink O Pop!!! I compared it to the others and they tasted completely different. Mine didn't even have alcohol in it! I told the waitress that I'd been given a virgin ****tail and she angrily took it away and brought the same ****tail back. It had just been topped with alcohol and tasted even more revolting. I could not even finish the drink I paid for!!! As if that wasn't enough, the waitress then decided she wasn't going to serve us anymore and asked to give us our bill and go serve on "her side" as she called it.</p> <p>We were so disappointed that we didn't even leave a 10% tip for her, like we usually do when we go out. When we walked out, she roughly poked one of my friends to give her our change, with attitude.</p> <p>Our food was delicious, but we did not get our money's worth when it came to service and my ****tail. Really disappointed.</p>
