Bru's carnival city

<p>I went to Bru's carnival city for the first time last night. Ordered a bottle of Red wine Durbanhills, the waitress came back minutes later with the wrong order. I explain to her that its a wrong order and she tells me that they do not have it in stock. I opt for another bottle but I am told that I cannot have that because it is only sold by the glass, when I asked to speak to the manager the waitress told me that I must get up and go to him instead of him coming to me. When he eventually comes to find out what the problem is he did not show willingness to assist in offering us what we opted for and not even meet us halfway by suggesting other options. The food was good but the service will **** that place. Not good for a place that just opened.</p>
