Refuses payment

Altus Van Heerden , owner of CARNE INTERIORS / DESIGNERS CRAFTMAN , requested a quote for servicing two roller shutter doors. We provided the quote , which he accepted. After completing the service as agreed , we expected payment , but he refused to pay. We had to wait nearly 2 hours for payment , and when we attempted to reverse the service , he threatened to file a case against us. Our manager contacted him requesting payment as the work was done , he begun to scream and swear at him. We advise against doing business with/for him , as he tends to accept work and then make excuses to avoid paying after services have been rendered.
