Carmile employees broke my car radio and don't want to pay for it

I send my son and nephew ro tge cars hash. The employees damaged my radio. I went to speak to the supervisor he denies it and even refused to give me the business owner's number to contact them directly he said he doesn't know the owner or the number. Later on I spoke to one of the employees he said that the supervisor says he won't give me the owners details and he will deny it as they will have to pay for it. I need Carmile to fix my radio asap.
