Bad Service

<p>I took my vehicle to carmile bloemfontein to replace my clutch , what a bad thing after a week i received my car with more faults than ever before , I phoned the owner as he is staying in Pretoria and he said that the car will be fixed that took them almpst 4 months since the start as I had to return the car every week for for bolts that was missing or loose , December after a lot of trouble I took it back again as there where bolts missing on the mountings and the starter so they removed the starter and told me it was damaged , by that time I was tired of fighting with them and didnt want to wait another 2 month before they fixed it as I believe that they worked on the vehicle and didnt do a proper job as they confirmed the persons that worked on my vehicle was not quilified , so the manager told me that he will help me and get me a starter at cost price and install it , as I didnt want to pay for the starter as it was they mistake I gave in and told them i will just pay the starter to get it done as I am on my way on holiday when I returned from holiday my vehicle didnt want to start and there was smoke coming out of the bonnet , when I inspected I saw the starter electrical wires was not conected properly and the starter shorted I went back to them and they told me that they whave to send it away and get a new one but nobody had stock but they know about it and it would not damage the warranty or the starter , as i drove the starter broke and I phoned them just to find out that the manager Hendrik would not take responsibality as the starter was bought cash and didnt pass the workshop books , but that wasnt told to me when I bought the parts, this is the worst company that i delt with and would recomend it to any person , acomapny that wont take responsibility for theyre mistakes even if they let unquoilified people work on vehicles.</p>
