Poor Health and Safety Standards

This restaurant has the lowest health and safety standards and it should be avoided at all costs. My pregnant wife found a ****roach in her salad, which clearly shows that they do not wash their ingredients prior to usage/preparation. Management was passing the buck on and refused to take blame.
