foreign object in pizza

<p>This review is not based on the quality of the food and service, but how a situation was handled by the staff and manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>We went to Carlyles for the first time (being recommeded by a friend from the area) we ordered pizza for mains. When I got to the second last piece of pizza, I found a piece of hard plastic in the slice. I am not one to complain to management In these situations, but i wanted the waitor to be aware of what was found.</p> <p> </p> <p>The waiter was called over and I showed and explained that this plastic was found in my pizza. The waiter took it to management and management came over to the table. This is where the problem came in. The manager found this to be a joke and did not that the situation seriously at all, the waitor made a joke; asking if my teeth were now clean. The manager didnt even apologise. I am very shocked and disapointed by their reaction. I will not return to Carlyles in the near future and will definetly make our friends aware in the area how terrible the service was and how badly our situation was handled. </p>
