Driving licence

Went there to renew my license in November 2021. Went back to the station every 2nd week to check if they received my license and everytime they said it's not there. Eventually I called RMTC for assistance, they told me the DTLC lost the card because on their system it shows that they received it. I then went back to the DLTC and they made me to apply for another license (this is now in May 2022), I did that and again went to check on my license every 3rd week with no success. I again called RMTC and they told me that the center did not send through the 2nd application. RMTC sent the application on my behalf. On the 20th January 2023 I checked the status online and it said my license has been delivered to the center. I went to the center and they say they cannot find my licence. I need help urgently, Carletonville DLTC is trash....
