Worst service ever - extremely rude

I made an appointment for a wash & blow at Carlton Hair in Cresta for 3pm on Tuesday, 2 January 2018.

I was running late so I called to apologize and when I arrived I was greeted with hostility bu the receptionist/stylist.

I apologized again & she was so rude that I forced to leave & go elsewhere.

I must make mention of the fact that I have tweeted & posted about this incident on Twitter/Instagram & Snapchat all of which have a following of over 1500 people.

I must also mention that I frequent salons twice a week for a wash & blow & I was hoping to make Carlton a part of my week routine however I will never visit another Carlton salon again.

I have NEVER experienced such curt, rude behavior from any of salon/beauty establishment which I have visited and I want people to know to never visit Carlton in Cresta.
