Worst Salon Experience

I went to Carlton Hair Sandton City yesterday and quite taken aback. Firstly the shop looks rather drab and doesn’t quite stand up to the expectation of an upmarket salon. I explained to the hair stylist what I was looking to have done and after discussing she took me to have my hair washed. Whilst she was washing my hair she asked a colleague to google an image of the hairstyle to show me. When I looked it was the opposite of what I explained I wanted. It turns out that she couldn’t do exactly what I wanted because she didn’t have the exact tools that were needed .. apparently only the head stylists had those specific scissors that could give me the look I wanted. I couldn’t believe my ears... she then told me that it would be R260 for a blow dry. I suppose in can count myself lucky that they didn’t charge me for the wash!!! I left hair dripping and disgusted! I will NEVER return.
