Worst haircut of my life! And cheated on olaplex treatment

Carlton Bayside Worst haircut of my life. I have to wear a hat and take biotin to try help speed up recovery. I went for a TRIM and ended up with a trailer park mullet on my head. Long at the back but short on top!! It looks like a kid took scissors to my hair. My once beautiful EVEN long hair gone! I also had an olaplex treatment which they cheated me on so it didn't work. The olaplex website says apply No. 2 twice. Carlton app**** it once. R990 TO RUIN MY HAIR AND CHEAT ON A TREATMENT.
