Worst Hair Cut/Color Ever - Bad Service and Management

I would like to share my utter disappointment and bad experience with Carlton Hair, Sandton. I am not from Johannesburg, so was very excited to have an 'Executive Stylist' do my hair makeover. We decided on a cut and color, and I was being a little bold when decided on purple/pink color tone. Initially the color did not take, and there was some damage control done to revive the color. Eventually, from 3.30pm to 7.30pm I was ready to leave the Salon. My hair color was not according to what we planned and my pic, but somehow it did look OK. My color lasted two days, and I paid R2 200 in total. Oh, and I got a free shampoo for 'Frizzy' hair, when my hair is as straight as ever! I have spoken to Toni, and emailed him twice, with pics, but no response - his Management s****s and service to clients is shocking. I have NEVER had such a BAD, BAD hair cut/color, for that amount of money in my life. I am so disappointed and will never go back - the word 'Executive Stylist' is just a fancy word on their price list - Don't be fooled, like myself.
