Worst experience ever

I called Carlton Hair Express on Saturday inquiring to get an ombre look on my hair and was advised that the cost is R325.00 (the receptionist left the phone several times to inquire with the stylist before coming back to me) to which i agreed and made the appointment for the next day. <br> <br> During my appointment, I again asked the price as was assured it is R325.00. The stylist did a test strand with just color on and it did not show(i have red hair) we then opted to bleach my tips to get the bright red ends that i was looking for. <br> <br> After four hours at the salon my hair color is exactly the same as i started out with. The stylist said I can come back within 7 days to get it fixed however my problem lies in the price. At the end of my appointment I was charged R870.00 and not the R325.00 as previously quoted to me hence i made the appointment in the first place. When I asked why the stylist told me that the receptionist is unfortunately new and quotes the incorrect price. <br> <br> When I asked how did she get to that amount, she said that they had charged me separately for the bleaching of my hair and then additional color.
