USELESS ON EVERY LEVEL

I went to Carton in Hyde Park for a Brazilian.The hairdresser was in such a rush to leave for the day that she did the Brazilian half-heartedly.The result was that my hair was just as frizzy as it was initially.I wrote a complaint, & was told I could get it re-done. <br> I went back. I arrived they told me my hair would never straighten, because that is not the purpose of the product.The same hairdresser did my hair, with a trainee helping her.They split the hair down the middle into 2 sections.The trainee did one side, & spent an hour carefully straightening my hair in little sections to ensure the Brazilian worked (this is the correct process).The qualified hairdresser did the other side & spent 10 minutes straightening it in 2 big bunches, & went to eat her lunch. <br> The result is that my hair is now beautifully straight on one side (the side the trainee did) and the other side is VERY curly.<br> The fact that my hair is straight on 1 side, proves the product DOES straighten hair, it is just utter laziness that prevents it from working.<br> I wrote another 2 complaints to Carlton 5 days ago. They haven't bothered to respond to either of them. Would HIGHLY recommend AGAINST using them.
